The automatic pouch packaging machine consists of two rotating units (the filling system and the vacuum system), with the vacuum system operating via continuous rotary motion.

It allows for quick changeovers between different bag sizes; the width of the automatic bag-feeding device can be adjusted automatically in one single step.

The machine complies with food processing hygiene standards. Parts in contact with materials or packaging bags are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials meeting food safety requirements to ensure hygiene and safety.

For user-friendly operation, it is equipped with a Siemens PLC and HMI (touch screen) electrical control system, featuring an intuitive human-machine interface. It features a "no product, no seal" function, allowing empty pouches to be recycled without wasting bags.

It includes a sealing temperature monitoring function; if a heating element fails, an alarm is automatically triggered on the touch screen.

The sealing method utilizes instant heating and water cooling to achieve flat, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing seals.

The vacuum chamber is CNC-machined from aviation-grade aluminum to ensure optimal sealing performance and durability.

The vacuum system employs a German-brand vacuum pump and an igus rotary union to guarantee perfect vacuum results for every package.
